RadioLinx, brand products from ProSoft, is the wireless division of ProSoft Technology. They design and manufacture Data Radios for the Industrial and Harsh Environment Market. These Radios are capable or handling extreme temperatures, and wide input power variations. They can also reach distances of over fifteen miles with the proper antennas, amplifiers, and line of sight.
Perhaps the most important feature of our radios is their security. All of our radios offer security configuration, which have never been compromised. These include advanced encryption and authentication as well as proprietary packets, and the inherent safety of frequency hopping.
The make two types of standalone radios, the Spread Spectrum Frequency Hopping for interference free communications, and the Spread Spectrum Direct Sequence radio also known as an 802.11 of Wi-Fi radio. These two product include a variety of interfaces and protocols.
We presently support Serial RS-232/485 and Ethernet interfaces. The radios support 802.11b, ModBus, ModBus /IP, Ethernet, Ethernet TCP/IP, DF1, DNP3, and ASCII.
